The Family Behind Got Jacks.
Hi, I am Jamey Wyatt! I was born in Alberta, Canada but I have lived in Temecula, Ca my whole life.
Since birth I have been blessed with the privileged to live on a farm with horses, dogs, chickens, cats, cows ... and all other wild creatures.
My family has always raised performance Quarter and Paint Horses, Cattle dogs, and Border Collies.
At the young age of 12, I was introduced to my fathers horse clients, Raymond Mazzei Owner of Furrioso Farms. He had a little shorty Jack Russell named Belle. That dog changed my life in such a profound way. I had never met a more agile, athletic, and loyal companion. She was Imported from Ireland with nothing but the best bloodlines and attributes that a shorty jack could have. Belle became mine eventually and was the beginning of it all.
Belle passed away in 2010 by a rattle snake bite, She was 21 years old! The Vet attending to her that awful day did not believe me when I told him how old she was. Even at such a old age she was fit and perfect!
Thus, I fell in love with this beautiful loyal, mischievous, athletic, and talented little hunt breed and wouldn't have it any other way.
My Husband Jessie, my sons, Colt and Magnum, and I live in Temecula, Ca. We have a beautiful 27 acre horse ranch. We own, show and raise Quarter and Paint horses. We love training and competing with our stock we raise.
I have been privileged and so very blessed to be able to do what I love!
My Jacks are all ranch raised, free to run a muck, chase mice, rabbits, lizards, ect. They have a blast! All my Jacks run with my cats and chickens. Even as "Hunters" they respect my other animal friends.
Before dark they are all kenneled and tucked snug in their beds. We do this to protect them fro bob cats, mountain lions, and coyotes.
I believe that temperaments should be the very first attribute that you breed for, and conformation, working ability, and loyal family members. The Jack Russell Standards are what I breed for.
All of our Jack are Health Tested, Baer- Cerf , PLL.
Our baby Jacks are born raised and socialized in our home, until 5 weeks of age. They then go and play outside in a covered area in the Jack play yard and back in again for bed time.
They are desensitized to Little kids, vacuum, cats, TV, loud music, birds and did I say little kids?
We strive to to place our Terriers in loving life time homes.
All Pet/ Companions pups are sold with Spay and Neuter contracts.
All Breeding/ Show puppies are Guarantee To be registered with JRTCA at one year of age.
All puppies are litter boxed trained which simplifies the house breaking process.
Jacks Russell's Work hard and play hard. They are happy, loyal and very tough little dog's. Please do your Research and make sure this is the breed for you. If you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask!
